Point Pleasant Local

Point Pleasant Beach, NJ beaches: Jenkinson's, Martell's, Risden's, Bradshaw's and Maryland Avenue

Point Pleasant Beach is not one beach but five, each with its own gate, badge and rules: Jenkinson's and Martell's along the boardwalk, Risden's and Bradshaw's to the south, and the borough's own Maryland Avenue Beach at the Bay Head end.

Jenkinson's is the largest and the one with the boardwalk, rides and aquarium behind it; its 2026 prices are on the Jenkinson's Boardwalk guide. Martell's is the beach in front of the Tiki Bar. Risden's has its own bath house on the boardwalk. Bradshaw's is a smaller private beach further south, and Maryland Avenue Beach is run by the borough.

Every beach charges for adults from 12 and lets small children in free, but season and daily rates differ from gate to gate and are sold in person rather than online. Parking in the borough is paid seven days a week from March 1 through October 31, at street meters and the municipal lots, all pay by space number with no change given.

Across the Manasquan Inlet to the north is Manasquan, and south past Maryland Avenue is Bay Head, which sells its own badges.
